  Michael Mogler's career started in the Hotel Thum where he did his apprenticeship as a cook. Further destinations were the restaurant "Weysses Rössle" in Schiltach as well as the hotel "Sonne" in Schenkenzell.
As a cook for the Bundeswehr (German Army) it was up to him, especially on official state visits, to refine something special for the high ranking guests. In the restaurant of the Stuttgarter Airport, he prepared over years whole banquetts for foreign and domestic top managers and politicians and at the health resort "Sonne" in Freudenstadt he got his final polish to pass his Chef exams with flying colors.

Short: He is someone who learned his profession from the roots on and brought it to perfection. His guests know and confirm it with pleasure: "Michael Mogler is an excellent chef!"
